As a Workforce Optimizer, you will play a key role in shaping the crew composition to ensure seamless execution, quality, and safety. You will strategically assign employees to jobs based on their skills, abilities, and availability, maximizing the effectiveness of the team.
You will oversee field employees, including contract management, vacation planning, performance evaluations, and training identification. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for training, mobilization, compensation, and assignments, resolving any concerns or conflicts that may arise.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, with a minimum of three to five years of experience in project management. They should also exhibit excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, proficiency in project management and planning, and the ability to resolve complex issues effectively.
