Job Description
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
- Managing pick up times for vehicles to ensure they are onsite for early departures
- Be the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome every time
- Check the daily arrival list for VIP's or guests with special needs.
- Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage, mail, messages and equipment in an productive and timely manner.
- Guide guests to their room and assist with their luggage.
- Ensure the efficient delivery and collection of group luggage.
- Be present at the Concierge/Reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested.
- Ensure the lobby/foyer area, including entry/exit doors, remain clean and presentable at all times. Conduct regular checks.
- Respond to guest requests and queries providing a knowledgeable, efficient and helpful information service.
