Stock Management and Ecommerce Professional
* Manage the receipt, processing, and maintenance of inventory for a business.
* Coordinate ecommerce operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate stock levels.
* Develop and implement efficient systems to track inventory levels and coordinate transfers between locations.
* Communicate with customers via email, phone, or online marketplace channels to resolve queries and issues.
* Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including receipts, shipments, and returns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process orders, manage inventory levels, and maintain a clean and organized storeroom.
* Oversee the pick and pack process to ensure accuracy and presentation.
* Collaborate with pharmacy staff to monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments.
* Assist with day-to-day ecommerce operations, resolving any tracking or fulfilment issues that may arise.
* Monitor and report on inventory performance metrics.
