We are there for looking for a community and people centric Pharmacy Assistant with customer care at heart. You will be joining our Chemist Warehouse Whanganui and be part of our core team, this is a great opportunity to learn, grow and make this exciting role your own.
**In this fast paced, energetic role you will be responsible for**:
- Managing the day-to-day retail operations of the store
- Supervising and coordinating retail pharmacy staff and staffing activities
- Building and maintaining customer rapport and loyalty
- Improving the efficiency of store processes and procedures
- Addressing customer complaints as required
- Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
- Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed and enforced
- Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety
