About The Role:
The Warehouse Operator (Forklift) is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods across the warehouse, yard, and production areas. This role supports goods receipting, dispatch, stock control, and overall warehouse flow to ensure operational continuity.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards while contributing to a high-performing and collaborative warehouse team.

What We’re Looking For:
* A genuine interest in warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing, with a strong willingness to learn
* High attention to detail, particularly in receipting, dispatch, and stock control processes
* Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks and remain active on your feet for extended shifts
* Strong numerical skills to support accurate stock handling and inventory processes
* Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (food, beverage, or FMCG highly regarded but not essential)
* A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability and a focus on continuous improvement
* A strong work ethic and commitment to safety, quality, and team outcomes
* A current forklift licence (LF) or willingness to obtain one
* Understanding (or willingness to learn) safe work practices, including Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations
* Flexibility to work across changing shift patterns aligned to operational needs
* A positive, team-focused attitude with a drive for success
* Full Australian working rights (essential)
