Initial Hygiene has an excellent opportunity for a** Local **Service Manager **to join our team. Based in our Newcastle office, this role is to lead and manage a team and based out of Newcastle - Sandgate. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a team of Service Technicians to ensure quality delivery of service, compliance, and customer satisfaction
**The main duties for this role will include, but not be limited to**:
- Supervise, develop and coach a team of Service Technicians with the potential to further growth in service headcount
- Maintain strong key stakeholder relationships within our customer portfolio
- Conduct & participate in monthly team and safety meetings
- Conduct regular site quality audits
- Conduct TPA twice a year on each Technician
- Inducting and training new staff members to the team
- Managing and reviewing service runs
- Administration related to servicing activities
- Managing customer feedback
- Covering service runs for Technicians when required
- Ongoing performance management
- Controlling service costs for your area.
- Look after Pays eg: Kronos
- Team supervision
- Excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent PC skills, report preparation and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet KPI's
- Time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
- A current Australian Driver's license is essential
