Job Description:
As part of our Organisational Development Program, you will be responsible for responding to people-related enquiries and tasks across the employee lifecycle.
The role involves reviewing, triaging, and resolving HR ticket enquiries in our Ticketing Service Management tool.
Key responsibilities include providing HR advice and initiatives, reporting, quality assurance of payroll activities, and HR data and system improvement initiatives.
You will work closely with our OD Program team members.
* Knowledge of APS Recruitment policies, procedures, and legislative requirements – including onboarding and offboarding processes
* Pay and conditions including leave, allowances, salary arrangements, and general employee relations processes
* General human resources functions and advice including organisational policy and procedure, reporting, audits, information management, and improvements to HR self-service products and services
This role requires a strong SAP HR background, well-developed communication skills, and the ability to provide professional customer service.
