About the Role:
As a Technical Administrator, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the operations team, manage/oversee warehouse operations, handle sales enquiries and develop/management safety and compliance documentation. Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to operations team, including document management and reporting.
2. Maintain and update technical records, databases, and systems.
3. Assist with procurement and inventory management and liaise with warehousing staff
4. Act as a liaison between operations staff, clients, and other departments.
5. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
6. Support customers and staff with troubleshooting and maintenance tasks as needed.
7. Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide accurate quotes to clients
8. Maintain records of quotes, sales, and customer interaction
9. Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations, including shipping, transportation, and inventory management
10. Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to schedule shipments, including tracking shipments and update customers on delivery status.
11. Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Current drivers licence (essential)
2. Experience in an administrative or similar technical support role.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
