About You: Diploma qualified (or actively working towards) Proven experience leading or working confidently in a nursery/baby room A vibrant, warm and positive personality Reliable, organised and confident in routines, documentation and room leadership A genuine team player who will complement our already strong team culture Passionate about providing high-quality care during the most important early years Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents. Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Requirements: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Full Working Rights (Must be able to work 5 days FULL TIME, this is not a part time or casual position) Current First Aid and CPR certification. Working with Children Check (or equivalent). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
