* Management of the Transport Team
* Capacity and Sales/Operational planning
* Carrier and fleet performance management
* Transport systems implementation, monitoring and governance to ensure both safety and customer compliance
We're seeking a safety-focused leader with strong influencing and communication skills and a passion for delivering results. Required foundations include:
* 5+ years of logistics management experience ideally in a transport planning environment
* Experience in building and leading teams in complex, fast-paced environments
* Experience in both fleet and carrier management
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of allocating various vehicle types, capacity, specifications, load configuration, and load restraint
* Advanced stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
* Knowledge of SAP, Weighbridge, and Waste Edge system would be advantageous
