We're a small, growing insurance brokerage that genuinely values our clients and the relationships we build with them. We focus on doing things properly, keeping service personal, and delivering quality advice.
You'll work closely with the Director to help manage and grow our SME portfolio. You'll be involved in the day-to-day running of the book, with the opportunity to contribute ideas and have a real say in how things are done.

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working at a sustainable pace. You'll help manage a diverse portfolio of SME commercial clients while supporting the ongoing day-to-day management of the business.
You won't be lost in a big team — this is a close, collaborative role with flexibility around hours and work location, including a mix of working from home and office days to suit the right person.

What You'll Be Doing
* Quoting and placing commercial and domestic insurance policies
* Managing renewals, endorsements, and new business
* Using platforms such as SCTP, Sunrise, and Winbeat
* Liaising with insurers and underwriters to arrange cover
* Responding to client and insurer enquiries in a timely manner
* Assisting with claims when required
* Providing general broking and administrative support to keep the portfolio running smoothly
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' recent experience in commercial insurance broking
* Experience with Winbeat, Sunrise, and SCTP (highly regarded but not essential)
* Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
* Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of your work
* A proactive, reliable approach
* Sound IT skills, including Microsoft Office
