Key Responsibilities
* Program Leadership: Report to the Programme Director, provide insights and updates, define success metrics, and monitor programme progress;
* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships across all levels, manage expectations, and design tailored communication strategies to engage and support stakeholders;
* Change Impact Assessment: Analyse how process changes affect roles, teams, and business units, assess change readiness, and implement risk mitigation strategies;
* Project Execution: Collaborate with Finance Transformation Leads, Stream Leads, System Implementation Partners, and Delivery Teams to produce deliverables and ensure quality outcomes;
* Training & Adoption: Oversee needs assessments, develop and deliver training, and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
