This is a ongoing casual role (approx. 30 hours per week), ideally worked across 5 days, with some flexibility for the right person. We're looking for someone local to the Mt Pleasant area if possible, as no accommodation is available on site.
About the Role
This is a varied, outdoor position suited to someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in maintaining beautiful grounds and gardens that are used regular for charity events and open days.
Responsibilities include:
* General garden maintenance and plant care
* Lawn mowing, hedging, pruning trees and shrubs
* Maintaining and harvesting from a vegetable garden
* Caring for chickens (including egg collection)
* Pool cleaning and upkeep
* General property upkeep as required
All tools and equipment are provided.
About You
* Fit, healthy and comfortable with physical outdoor work
* Excellent knowledge of gardens, plants and seasonal care
* Confident managing hedges, lawns and established gardens
* Able to work independently and manage your time well
* A clear communicator and reliable team member
