About the Position
You will support individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions to access meaningful employment and build lasting careers. Your goal is to guide clients from initial conversations through job applications and interview preparation, helping them develop confidence and skills to achieve their career objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Work closely with clients to plan career steps and assist in finding suitable job opportunities.
 * Build strong relationships to understand each client's goals, strengths, and support needs.
 * Provide tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.
 * Connect participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience, and group activities.
 * Collaborate with employers and community services to create pathways to employment and training.
 * Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g., Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work). You also need experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions.

Essential Criteria:
 * Qualifications in Employment or Human Services - desirable
 * Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
 * Ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
 * Confidence in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
 * Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
 * Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
