ADAS Solutions is an Australian owned and operated company providing advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) and electric vehicle (EV) solutions for the automotive industry. Established in 2020, we provide trusted services to smash repairers across Australia.
What is the role?
Due to our further expanding operations, we are excited to add to our growing team by seeking a dedicated Automotive Technician or Automotive Electrician to join our Wollongong Calibration Centre, NSW. You will be required to travel to our customers to carry out vehicle inspections to an exact standard, including road tests to ensure all vehicles are returned to OEM specifications, using an OEM Scan Tool and aftermarket diagnostic equipment and software. Other tasks include diagnostics and repair, calibration, coding and programming.
Is this you?
* Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (equivalent).
* Hold a minimum of 5 years' industry experience with a Main Dealer or recognised aftermarket background (desirable).
* Show a demonstrated capability to inspect and diagnose vehicles to OEM standards.
* Have a current Australian Driver's Licence (Class C) with clean driving record and prior experience driving a Long Wheel Based Vehicle.
* Hold Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV) and Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) accreditation (highly desirable).
