We’re seeking an experienced Retail Site Manager to lead one of our vibrant locations on the Sunshine Coast, where delivering an exceptional customer experience is always a top priority.
Responsibilities
- Cash Handling & Reconciliation – Manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Food Management & Supervision – Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met
- Site Hygiene & Presentation – Maintain a clean, welcoming and compliant workplace
- Performance & KPI’s – Drive results by meeting budgets and Key Performance Indicators
- Team Leadership – Recruit, train, and mentor our future retail rockstars
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail or hospitality management
- Excellent communication – both written and verbal
- Solid computer literacy and comfort with tech tools
- Physical ability to lift up to 20kgs
- A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
- Food Safety Certification – desirable
