With a strong pipeline of diverse projects and a team that prides itself on precision and timeliness, they're now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Queensland team. The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced Project Manager to take the reins on a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial construction projects. You'll be responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of quality — while leading and coordinating all stakeholders throughout the process. Day to day you'll be: Managing the end-to-end delivery of residential and commercial construction projects Overseeing and coordinating subcontractors, trades, and site activities Monitoring project budgets, tracking costs, and managing variations Ensuring all works are completed to specification, on programme, and in line with quality and safety standards Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle Preparing and maintaining project programmes, reports, and documentation Identifying and resolving issues proactively to keep projects on track Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety requirements About You Proven experience as a Project Manager within residential or commercial construction Experience across medium to high density residential or mixed-use developments highly regarded Strong understanding of construction methodology, programming, and budget management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline Current and valid driver's licence What's On Offer Join a well-established, growing business with a diverse and exciting pipeline of projects Work across a variety of residential and commercial developments across Queensland Supportive team environment with a genuine focus on quality and innovation Competitive remuneration package negotiable based on experience Interested?
