House Cleaning
Diverse Asset Maintenance Services (DAM Services) is currently seeking reliable, motivated, and experienced House/Bond Cleaners to join our team on a long-term basis. Our cleaning contracts are ongoing, offering regular opportunities for work with flexible hours.
Working hours may vary from week to week depending on operational requirements. Some weeks may offer higher hours, while others may have reduced hours. This role is best suited to individuals who are flexible and understand the nature of contract-based cleaning work.
The possibility exists to work in DAM Services' other cleaning team, eg. afternoon/ night shifts for Commercial/ Office Cleaning.
About the Role
Successful applicants will be required to work independently, maintain high cleaning standards, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential, as regular communication with the Cleaning Manager is required.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Current resume
* Reliable transport to and from work (Slade Point or Paget area)
* Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the cleaning industry
* Current Police Check
* Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision
* Strong references
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Pay
TBA upon interview and dependent on experience
