TrialsWest is one of Australia’s most experienced and successful clinical research companies. We have established operations in Spearwood, Osborne Park and Mandurah and are looking for an (experienced) Clinical Trial Coordinator or Nurse to join our team in Mandurah.
About the Role
This role focuses on the care, safety and co-ordination of participants in clinical trials conducted at TrialsWest. In this role you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring that the clinical trials are conducted according to ICH GCP and the study protocol.
* Recruiting and screening participants to determine their eligibility for trials.
* Collection and documentation of trial data, as required by the study protocols (including vital signs, ECGs, spirometry, blood, sputum and urine sample collections, questionnaires).
* Reporting adverse events.
* Management of investigator site files.
* Participation in monitoring visits and phone calls with CRAs.
About You
As the successful candidate you will either have a tertiary qualification in health or biological science with experience in clinical trials or have a qualification in nursing. You must have meticulous attention to detail and well-developed computer skills. Experience with a range of EDC and eCOA systems will be highly regarded.
The ability to work in a professional manner and be accountable for your work is required for success in this role. Whilst the role works closely with a small team, you must also be able to work independently.
The successful candidate will have well-developed oral and written English language skills and be an Australian citizen or have Australian work rights.
