As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of financial targets and company key performance indicators. Your focus will be on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.

* Assist with managing budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
* Support the Manager in managing the performance, productivity, training and development of the team
* Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising
* Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
