We are currently seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, processing guest check-ins and outs, and maintaining accurate records.
The Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a high standard of customer service
* Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently
* Use the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts accurately
* Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
* Supply guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
* Complete day-to-day office administration tasks
* Maintain excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous front office experience in a hospitality setting
* Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable reservation systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
* Current driver's license essential
