About the Role
This full-time position offers training and support, with responsibilities including:
- Preparing correspondence
- Scanning, filing, and general office admin
- Supporting the accounting team
- Greeting clients and providing great customer service
- Answering and directing phone calls professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
- Currently studying or completed a course in office administration
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Quick to learn new systems and tech
- Able to multitask and work well in a busy, team workplace
