This project will see significant changes across 8 key priority areas positioning Outcare for sustained success into the future.The RoleThe Opportunity Outcare is seeking a dynamic and values-driven Marketing and Communications Lead to form part of the newly established Strategy and Growth division at Outcare.Reporting into the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, the Marketing and Communication Lead is responsible for the development and implementation of brand, marketing and communication strategy in support of Outcare’s strategic plan. This includes overseeing key areas including sponsorships, social media, advocacy and events. This position will liaise closely with Outcare leadership, taking the lead on marketing and communication activity which supports and promotes the services, visibility and reputation of Outcare within the West Australian community.Key Responsibilities:The successful applicant will have demonstrated abilities across a range of key marketing and communications areas and value creativity, new thinking and be be able to build effective relationships across the organisation. Key responsibilities include;· Lead and manage the development, and implementation of Outcare brand, marketing, communication, advocacy and stakeholder engagement strategies and campaigns.· Manage the Outcare website, Intranet, and digital marketing platforms.· Develop engaging marketing and communications content and collateral including the promotion of Outcare’s social impact for a variety of means and Outcare platforms.· Manage and deliver marketing and communications projects including supporting the development of change management plans, collaborating with the relevant internal and external resources.· Manage and coordinate internal and external events, including leading the development of annual priorities.· Lead the development and implementation of campaigns, advocacy projects, media releases and other activities to advance Outcare’s strategic objectives.· Support internal communication and building of culture, through creating timely material and strategies.· Provide detailed marketing and communication information and data to evidence outcomes and impact.· Manage external feedback and complaints provided by members of the public, with the support of relevant Outcare and PeopleKind Group stakeholders.· Support the effective management of crisis situations and media activity, lead by the Managing Director and PeopleKind Group stakeholders.· Work effectively with key external stakeholders and industry partners; where relevant, promoting Outcare.· Provide expert strategic marketing and communications advice, support and analysis to the Managing Director and senior management as required.About YouYou are a creative and diligent marketing and communications professional with the ability to lead multiple competing priorities.
