Overview Role: Talent Acquisition Partner (12 month contract to provide maternity leave coverage). Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Partner provides expertise in managing the end-to-end recruitment processes for Flinders Port Holdings. Partnering with leaders across the business, the Talent Acquisition Partner provides coaching, training and expert advice relating to both internal and external recruitment activities and onboarding matters. The role is a 12 month contract to provide maternity leave coverage. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice and support across the full range of talent acquisition activities, working with stakeholders to attract, select and hire high calibre candidates. Manage a high quality and timely recruitment process through active consultation with Hiring Managers, including developing recruitment strategies, creating job advertisements, identifying appropriate tools and platforms for sourcing, screening and shortlisting, advice and participation on interview panels and proactive candidate management. Support diversity hiring goals by developing diverse talent pools and advocating inclusive hiring practices. Use data analytics to track metrics such as candidate quality, engagement, retention rates, and more to refine strategies, predict hiring needs, and improve the talent pipeline. Attend relevant industry networking events to build and strengthen external networks and keep abreast of emerging technologies and tools. Continuously look to improve the Talent Acquisition Model and implement changes where required. Ensure compliance with safety, environment and quality policies, procedures and guidelines. About you Your skills and experience will include; Diploma in Human Resources or related field or equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience; Current Driver’s Licence; Knowledge of best practise recruitment processes; Previous experience with Workday advantageous but not essential; Time management and coordination skills; and Competent negotiation and influencing skills.
