About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Accounting Supervisor to provide financial guidance and play a support role in managing one of our teams to deliver great outcomes to our clients.

Key Duties include (but are not limited to):
* Preparing accounts, annual returns, BAS, FBT, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
* Attending to the requirements of companies and trusts
* Monitoring client management reports for underlying business improvement issues
* Preparing business benchmarking reports for clients
* Effective delegation and review of client work where appropriate
* Cross-selling of the firm's products and identifying client needs
* Maintaining awareness of clients' debtors in consultation with Accounts Receivable
Requirements:
* Ability to manage own practice by accurately recording WIP, billing to target, and keeping debtors under control
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting packages (XERO experience preferred but NOT essential)
* Public Practice experience is required
