Lead a High-Performing Risk Management Team
This leadership role is crucial in driving business performance and growth by ensuring the reconciliation of intermediary accounts and the collection of debts occurs at the desired service level, aligning with the overall strategy for Policy Operations. The team lead will be responsible for delivering results against service targets, reviewing and enhancing team output, and developing capability through coaching and training.
About You
* Significant experience in risk management or credit operations gained in a complex, matrixed general insurance or financial services organisation.
* Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams in a cross-functional environment.
* Ability to plan, prioritise effectively, organise tasks, and manage competing resources and demands.
* Ability to interpret and analyse complex financial information, extract meaningful insights, and evaluate options for decision-making.
* A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
