Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
Assess clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function through clinical observations and standardised assessments
Interpret findings to formulate unique treatment goals for each client
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Advise on environmental adaptations for home, school, work, and residential facilities
Recommend Assistive Technology to support client independence
About You
The company is looking for:
Degree-qualified Occupational Therapist
Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligibility upon degree completion
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle
Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
