This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this role (including a top of the range Apple MacBook with additional screens etc), and benefiting from an extremely friendly and supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
Manage a mixed caseload of Commercial Motor and Motor Trade claims (from cradle to grave), typically comprising Accidental Damage and Third Party Damage losses.
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and provide quality interactions with stakeholders, clients, and customers to the high standards required by the business.
Operate in a client service-focused, proactive manner with a can-do attitude, and employ problem-solving skills and an cutting-edge approach to delivering excellent client outcomes.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders from all walks of life, handle difficult conversations with empathy, and build strong rapport.
Qualifications
Essential: 3+ years’ experience within Motor Claims Handling, well-versed in handling Commercial Motor losses.
Experience with personal and/or commercial Motor claims is acceptable, but focus for this role is Commercial Motor; ideally from an insurer, MGA or loss adjusting environment with experience handling claims through to full settlement.
Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision (but with support), and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
