Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors to the fully furnished display home
- Schedule appointments and manage the day-to-day operations of the display home
- Support customers through the sales cycle, from developing and qualifying leads to nurturing and closing
- Provide exceptional customer service to help customers make informed decisions
- Collaborate with the Building & Design Consultant to meet sales and service objectives
- Ensure all sales documentation is completed to a high standard within required timeframes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all Brighton Homes and NEX Building Group departments to enhance the customer experience
About you

- Passion for home design and living spaces
- Customer service and sales experience in retail or related industries preferred
- Team player with ability to contribute to individual and team goals
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage documentation and communications with stakeholders
- Availability to work Saturday to Wednesday, including public holidays
