Position Summary
This role will be tailored to suit the ideal candidate. As a lawyer with experience in either Commercial, Litigation or Insolvency law, you will play a crucial role in providing high‐quality legal advice and representation to clients. You will work closely with partners and senior associates on a wide range of matters, including commercial contracts, disputes, and insolvency proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct legal research and analysis
* Draft and review legal documents
* Advise clients on legal matters
* Represent clients in court proceedings
* Manage caseloads and deadlines
* Contribute to the development of the firm's practice areas
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor of Law degree and admission to the Australian legal profession
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial, litigation, or insolvency law, with a desire to focus on 1 or 2 of these specialties
* Strong legal research and writing skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
