The Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination and delivery of events and entertainment projects. Working closely with the Events Manager/Director, this is a hands-on role supporting event operations, logistics, administration and on-site delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Events Manager/Director across multiple events
* Assisting with event planning, preparation and administration
* Coordinating and supporting bump-in and bump-out activities
* Liaising with food vendors and external suppliers
* Assisting with ticket box operations and customer enquiries
* Providing excellent customer service before and during events
* Monitoring the event enquiries inbox and social media
About You
* Events experience preferred but not essential
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident written and verbal communication skills
* Intermediate computer skills
* Flexible, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Professional presentation and strong customer service skills
* Trustworthy, reliable and able to work autonomously
