Key Responsibilities
* Assist students by providing informed advice on enrolment matters.
* Support future students with course options, entry requirements, fees, and admission processes.
* Connect students and visitors to relevant contacts and resources within the institution.
* Create and update documentation for procedures within the campus to drive consistency, efficiency, and accountability in all facets of customer support.
