About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to contribute to residential carpentry projects such as decks, patios, and renovations in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
Reporting directly to the Owner and Leading Hand, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating within a small, supportive crew
- Maintaining reliability, punctuality, and a proactive mindset
- Executing a range of carpentry tasks in residential outdoor renovations
- Thinking on your feet to tackle diverse and dynamic project requirements
- Learning and growing under the guidance of a caring and experienced business owner
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A Certificate III in Carpentry qualification
- Experience with insulated panel roofs and First Aid ticket is desirable
- Proven experience in residential carpentry (4th year apprentices encouraged to apply
- Personal qualities including reliability, independence, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work independently
