We're seeking a driven, commercially minded sales professional to take ownership of a key territory and lead growth across an iconic industrial brand. What You'll Be Doing
Sales Strategy & Territory Growth:
Drive sales within your allocated territory by developing strong pipelines, identifying growth opportunities across lifting and rigging product categories, and consistently achieving budgeted sales and margin targets.
Business Development
Actively seek and secure new business, nurture long-term relationships, and build profitable partnerships with customers across industrial, construction, manufacturing, mining and similar environments.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Engage with all levels of customer stakeholders, prepare tenders and contracts, and collaborate with internal teams including Strategic Accounts, Operations and Category to deliver tailored solutions.
Technical Capability
Develop deep product knowledge through ongoing technical and product training, becoming a trusted lifting and rigging advisor to your customers and working closely with specialist supply partners.
Sales Excellence & Reporting
Execute sales strategies in the field, maintain active quote pipelines, adhere to call cycles and CRM processes, and complete accurate, timely sales and pipeline reporting.
What We're Looking For
Strong technical/industrial sales experience with a consultative, relationship-led approach
Proven experience managing commercial customers in field-based sales roles
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders and negotiate win-win outcomes
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
A driven, proactive, results-focused sales professional with strong planning and territory management capabilityAbility to work across varied environments - customer sites, branches, and industrial settings
A valid driver's licence
