Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network Position based in Angaston Salary: ASO3 $67,589 - $72,033 p.a (pro rata) superannuation leave loading salary sacrifice benefits Ongoing Part Time working 52.5 hours per fortnight (0.7FTE) WHAT ARE WE OFFERING? We are offering a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Nursing and Midwifery across multiple hospital sites within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with senior leaders, manage confidential communications, and contribute to the smooth coordination of health services. Do you have strong executive-level administrative experience, including managing diaries, preparing confidential correspondence, and coordinating meetings with professionalism and discretion? Are you highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with senior staff, government agencies, and external stakeholders? Are you culturally responsive, with the ability to engage respectfully with Aboriginal consumers and communities, or a willingness to undertake relevant cultural training? HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE? As the Personal Assistant to the Director of Nursing and Midwifery, you will: Provide high-level, confidential administrative support including diary management, correspondence, report preparation, and coordination of meetings across Angaston Hospital and Tanunda Hospital. Act as a key point of contact, ensuring timely and effective communication with internal stakeholders, government agencies, and external organisations. Manage sensitive information and documentation with discretion, professionalism, and adherence to privacy and confidentiality requirements. Undertake minor research and project work as required, including establishing and maintaining systems that monitor project progress and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
