Community Accessability is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting social well-being for individuals facing challenges related to aging, disability, or financial hardship. We provide a range of programs, including transport assistance, community activities, and home support, to help community members stay connected to services, family, and friends. We operate in partnership with local governments, community services, and other not-for-profit providers across Victoria and Southern New South Wales. Currently, we have offices in Wodonga, Shepparton, Wangaratta, Yarrawonga, Ballarat, Bendigo, and Melbourne.
About the role
We seek a dynamic, driven high-achiever to lead our Ovens Murray disability service based in Wangaratta to deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centered services to our customers. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and supported by professional and highly competent operations and corporate services teams, the incumbent will drive standards, capability and key performance measures while ensuring our customers enjoy the outcomes they seek.

And must have:
* Extensive knowledge and experience in the disability sector with strong command of the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguarding Framework
* Proven to build workforce capacity and practice capabilities and manage operations effectively through accountability frameworks
* Considerable hands-on experience and emphasis upon successfully transitioning new customers, establishing services and nurturing growth opportunities
* Strong judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in within complex people-oriented environments
* Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with participants, families, staff, and sector stakeholders
* Excellent reporting and presentation skills
* Sound financial analysis and budget management skills
* High capacity for multi-tasking
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
· Tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services or Social Services or equivalent skills/experience.
· Minimum three years' experience in operations leadership in complex care within NDIS-era disability sector.

Salary is non-Award and negotiable
