Job Description

As a strategic leader, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver business outcomes and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit management, compliance, and customer support. You will bring expertise in risk, governance, and financial operations, as well as experience in Lean and Agile methodologies.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing customer-centric hardship strategies, driving system and process improvements to enhance customer experience, and working cross-functionally within the business to deliver improved customer and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain a cohesive, high-performing team culture.
* Drive employee engagement and professional development.
* Champion health, safety, wellbeing, and workplace flexibility.

Operational Excellence:

* Lead day-to-day management of affordability and integrity functions.
* Contribute to the delivery of business unit objectives and financial targets.
* Provide subject matter expertise across escalations and complaints.

Compliance & Risk Management:

* Proactive identification and mitigation of regulatory compliance risk.
* Drive root cause analysis and remediation of operational issues.
* Minimise customer complaints and eliminate wrongful disconnections.

Affordability Strategy:

* Develop and implement customer-centric hardship strategies.
* Drive system and process improvements to enhance customer experience.
* Work cross-functionally within the business to deliver improved customer and business outcomes.

Continuous Improvement:

* Contribute to strategic planning and innovation.
* Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency.
* Leverage emerging technologies to improve credit management processes.


Requirements

Experience in credit management, compliance, and customer support.

Expertise in risk, governance, and financial operations.

Experience in Lean and Agile methodologies.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
