We are now seeking an Account Manager for our Commercial Formwork portfolio.
The role is designed to develop and manage new and existing client projects throughout NSW.
This position plays a crucial role in the interface between Acrow's internal divisions, our Clients, and Project site personnel.
Whilst some form of sales or account management experience would be advantageous is in not essential.
What is more important is your ability to demonstrate your experience with either Civil or Commercial Formwork.
This could be your opportunity to take your existing technical/trade experience on project sites, and develop your knowledge and skills with a well-established and stable company, being supported by the largest formwork engineering team in Australia, and a highly experienced account management team.

Key to your success will be your pragmatic approach to delivering outcomes whilst managing risk for all stakeholders.
You will be a highly effective communicator, a solutions-focused negotiator, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor in this space.
You will need to be comfortable engaging with all key stakeholders both internally and on client-side, to deliver the best outcomes for each project throughout the project lifecycle.
You will have responsibilities that span from the first contact with clients, through the sales/tender process, to the close out of each engagement.
The fundamental need to haves:
Demonstrated skill of using technology - Outlook and Excel
Demonstrated skills interpreting construction drawings
At least 5 years' experience within the industry
Mature mindset and calm under pressure
