Technical Support Specialist
This role is ideal for someone who excels in technical operations, client relations, and is able to manage expectations and seek solutions.
* Oversee daily helpdesk activities to ensure efficiency and clarity in service delivery.
* Provide on/off-site technical support, demonstrating strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Lead IT projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality outcomes and effective communication.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance service offerings.
* Work closely with clients to help them maximise their IT investment.
Essential Skills
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support or similar technical roles.
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace technologies.
* Strong networking knowledge and ability to resolve complex technical issues.
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with Power Apps or Power Automate.
* Exposure to Cisco Meraki, Hyper‑V, or similar technologies.
* Familiarity with Dynamics 365.
