Customer Service Support Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team at a highly respected organization. Our client helps companies address their toughest challenges with precision and confidence, utilizing the most precise electronic measurement tools in the industry.
The primary responsibility of this role is to interface with customers, logistics, sales, or service representatives to handle various pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
Responsibilities:
* Responds to and provides assistance to customers and internal customers in areas such as product/service, order fulfilment processes.
* Customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management.
* Booking orders.
* Processing quotes.
* Repair/calibration requests.
* Invoicing requirements.
* Contract issues/administration.
Qualification/Skills Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Sales skills to qualify customer requests.
* Capability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
* Ability to work in an active and busy environment.
* Usage of standard approaches to problem resolution.
* Comfort using technology (IT, desktop, typing skills).
* Acceptance of complexity and an ability to retain and recall knowledge to address that complexity.
About the Position:
This is a 12-month contract position working full-time hours, with the possibility of extension or conversion.
