We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will partner with business leads to identify high-quality talent and deliver recruitment solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and facilitating pre-hire checks.
* Develop recruitment plans, including person specification and competency checklist, creative job ad copy, route-to-market recommendation, and agree timescales to meet business requirements.
* Develop candidate talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels, including internal applicant tracking systems, social professional networks, employee referrals, alumni networks, social media, job boards, and search engines.
