* Sort mail arriving at the workplace, identifying and distributing it into relevant PO Boxes.

* Manually sort all mail arriving at the workplace, prioritizing efficiency and accuracy.
* Distribute sorted mail into relevant PO Boxes, ensuring correct routing and addressing.
* Contribute to administrative functions, such as stock control and data entry.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
* Strong memory and hand-eye coordination, facilitating accurate sorting and handling of mail items.
* Ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly, supporting efficient distribution.
* Physical fitness to stand for prolonged periods, adapting to changing work demands.
