Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving sales performance, contributing to the showroom team's goals, and delivering a premium, personalised in-store experience that helps clients create homes that feel truly their own.
* Sales: Execute sales strategies to drive revenue and exceed targets
* Consultation: Provide expert advice on furniture selection, materiality, and scale to meet client needs
* Customer: Support the end-to-end client journey, ensuring a consistently exceptional, tailored service from initial enquiry to final delivery
* Operations: Assist with showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and stock maintenance to ensure a seamless client experience
* Systems: Process orders and manage client enquiries through the business systems
* Reporting: Track client interactions and provide insights on customer trends for team strategic planning.

* Aesthetic: Keen eye for detail, excellent brand presentation standards, and a design/furniture interest
* Approach: Proactive, hands-on approach with a solutions-focused mindset and excellent relationship-building abilities
* Scheduling: Availability to work weekends with flexible scheduling.

* Industry: Direct experience in the furniture or premium lifestyle industries
