We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our dynamic team in Melbourne.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional support to the branch with regards to all management activities and occupational law related to personnel.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising administrative activities, managing relations with Pay-Roll Suppliers and institutions, and contributing to budget planning and monitoring.
You will also be required to define training and development plans, implement processes and procedures, and provide regular reports to Headquarters.
Key responsibilities:
* Supporting the branch with regard to all of its management activities
* Supervising the administrative activities of the personnel
* Managing relations with Pay-Roll Suppliers and institutions
* Contributing to preparing budget plans concerning personnel costs
* Defining, in agreement with the HQ functions, the training and development plans and the vocational plans
* Coordinating the implementation of the processes and procedures set by the HQs
* Providing updated reports to the Headquarters, concerning HR matters
* Coordinating General and Facility Service activities
Requirements:
* HR or relevant degree
* At least 5 years of experience
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently
