Our client is a reputed Japanese technology company and provides a friendly and flexible working environment. They are currently seeking for a Finance officer to join in their Melbourne office.
**About the role**
- Maintains transactions records, processing invoicing and receipts, and ensure all financial records are kept up-to-date and accurate.
- Assists with establishing budgets, forecasts, and provides financial analysis
- Prepares report and documents covering accounting transactions for management review
- Plans, directs, and controls accounting and financial operations
- Update internal systems with financial data
- Participate in financial audits and monitor all bank deposits and payments
- Prepare balance sheets and monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements
**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar discipline
- 3 years' experience or above in a similar role preferably in technology industry
- Excellent analytical, numerical and time management skills.
- Multitasking and flex ible
- Strong attention to detail and ethics
- Good knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
