Job Opportunity for Graduate Psychologists

As a provisional psychologist, you'll play a vital role in helping job seekers overcome psychosocial and mental health barriers to employment, utilizing your expertise to conduct initial assessments, testing, and brief interventions.
Your daily tasks will involve:
* Providing assessment, testing, and intervention services for clients with psychosocial and mental health issues affecting their ability to obtain or sustain employment
* Conducting vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, and recovery support for new employees
* Performing initial assessments and case management for injured workers to facilitate their return to employment
* Evaluating workers' mental health fitness for work and making recommendations on psychological functional capacities
* Conducting intelligence testing and reporting
* Assessing the impact of mental health and medical conditions on an individual's ability to work
* Preparing detailed case notes and reports
* Working with diverse adult clients from various socioeconomic, educational, and cultural backgrounds
