Job Description
* Support core fund operations including cash flow management and NAV oversight
* Review valuations and ensure accuracy of fund reporting prior to release
* Oversee investor servicing, including onboarding, AML/KYC, and query management
* Coordinate audit, financial reporting, and tax deliverables with external providers
* Manage fund distributions, fee processes, and regulatory reporting requirements
* Maintain strong oversight of outsourced administrators and custodians
* Contribute to process improvements and operational projects
* 4-7 years' experience in fund operations / fund administration
* Solid understanding of Australian funds and regulatory frameworks
* Experience working with third‐party administrators or custodians
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Advanced Excel and strong technical capability
The Successful Applicant
* A strong grounding in fund operations or fund administration, ideally within asset management
* Solid knowledge of Australian fund structures, regulatory requirements, and reporting obligations
* Experience overseeing or working closely with external service providers (administrators, custodians, registry)
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when reviewing outputs such as NAVs and reporting
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
* A proactive and ownership‐driven mindset, with the ability to identify issues and drive resolutions
* Good analytical capability and confidence working with data, including Excel
