Private Rental Officer
As a Private Rental Officer, you will be responsible for assessing and responding to customer needs related to housing and private rental assistance.
* Assess customer needs and provide information, education, coaching, and advocacy to help customers find and sustain suitable private rental accommodation.
* Develop and maintain knowledge of the local rental market and housing options available.
* Establish and maintain relationships with local real estate agents, lessors, human service providers, and government agencies.
* Contribute to the supervision of staff and lead teams in delivering basic services.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be required to travel within the state and occasionally overnight.
