Established in 1997, Country Care Group (CCG) is an Australian family owned and operated business with over 740 staff throughout a wide variety of operations across Australia. With over 130 CCG member stores, we are a leading national supplier of a vast range of medical and in-home aids to assist people living with disability, mobility impairments and the aged. CCG manages national contracts for the supply to state and federal government health services schemes, hospitals, aged and residential care facilities.

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Bendigo team.

The Service Coordinator will coordinate the scheduling of service and repair of healthcare equipment and ensure efficient and effective operations of the Service Department at all times.

This position is a fixed-term contract of 12 months with a strong possibility to extend.

A National Police Check is required for this role.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Schedule all technician service appointments with clients
2. Invoice service repairs to clients
3. Communicate any changes in schedules to clients/ facilitate/ healthcare professional in a timely manner
4. Liaise directly with a diverse range of people including individual clients, health care providers and suppliers to service and repair mobility and healthcare equipment in line with quality standards
5. Monitor repair requests and ensure urgent repairs and maintenance are prioritised for timely resolution
6. Support the showroom team with client enquiries and service-related product guidance, where applicable
7. Allocate and coordinate test and tags
8. Effectively manage stock and spare parts
9. Manage all service agreements to ensure that delivery of service agreed to is consistently upheld
10. Drive new opportunities for growth in the service area

Skills & Experience

1. Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
2. Previous experience with coordinating a department
3. Physically fit for manual work
4. Maintenance skills/ knowledge is advantageous
