Your professionalism and patient focused care will be instrumental in making a difference to the patients and families within our direct catchment area - Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
As an employee within the Nursing & Midwifery Workforce Unit, you will be working alongside our nursing staff as an additional resource providing exceptional care to our patients. Contracts on offer are for casual contracts or permanent employment with a range of hours available from 48-72 hours per fortnight, working a rotating roster 7 days per week.
**To be successful in this role you must**:
- Hold a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing and/or Home and Community Care) or Health Services Assistance with elder care focus
- Have a minimum one years full-time or equivalent experience working as a HCW / PCA in the Australian Healthcare sector
- Be available to work a rotating roster across AM, PM and ND shifts 7 days per week
- Be adaptable & resilient with excellent communication skills
